Fixed comment counting so the correct comment count is
displayed on homepage.
Added IP based detection of trollers.

So if a troll browsed the forum as a guest, he/she
wouldn't see his/her own posts and would realize
they're being hidden in some way -- thus the troll
would know about being "caved." and would just
either quit (which is good) or re-register and post
under another account (which is bad).
